Returns:

Our goal is to make sure that you're happy and have the best experience possible with us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Returns are usually processed within 10-14 business days and you can expect your refund 5-7 days after your return is accepted and processed.

Viviscal purchased in a retail store cannot be returned or refunded through our websites and must be returned to the location of purchase.
